Kaziranga

Kaziranga National park is a world heritage site famous for the Great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros. The landscape of Kaziranga is of sheer forest, tall elephant grass, rugged reeds, marshes and shallow pools. Kaziranga also has a good number of Tigers and is home to large breeding population of Elephants, Wild Water Buffalo and Swamp Deer.Overnight at hotel.

Day 2

Kaziranga

Early morning elephant ride at the park & return to the hotel for breakfast. Later Jeep Safari in the Central range of the park.Overnight at hotel.

Day 3

Kaziranga

After breakfast enjoy Jeep Safari in the park Evening enjoy Jeep safari in the park (Jeep safari will be done in different zones of the Kaziranga National Park) Overnight at hotel.

Day 4

Guwahati

After breakfast drive from Kaziranga to Guwahati. Afternoon free in Guwahati for independent activities.Overnight at hotel

After breakfast visit Kamakhya temple - The temple is dedicated to goddess Kamakhya an incarnation of Sati. It is on Nilachal hill, says the Shiva Purana, that the yoni or creative organ of Sati fell when Vishnu, in a bid to save the world from the Shiva’s tandavanrittya or dance of destruction, cut her dead body into 51 pieces with his suddarshan chakra. Also visit Navagraha temple, Umananda temple, Balaji Temple, state Zoo. Overnight in Guwahati

1 All the packages are on CP Plan (Room + Breakfast), Meal supplement given separately 2 Vehicles provided are mentioned in the quotations itself (Indigo/Dzire and Sumo) 3 Supplement cost for Innova is mentioned separately in each itinerary 4 Seating capacity of Indigo/Dzire 2-4 heads, Sumo Max. 6 heads and Innova Max. 5 heads (as, Carriers in vehicles are not allowed in many places in the region). 5 Air conditioning will not functional during hill drives for vehicles. 6 On arrival at Guwahati station the guests are requested to come out from the front side (RBI side) 7 On arrival at Guwahati airport the guests are requested to wait near the main Exit Gate of the airport. 8 Vehicles provided are as per itinerary and not at disposal. 9 The weather in the North East is very unpredictable. It is important to carry rain gear while traveling. 10 Drivers come from remote areas and may not be able to converse fluently in English or Hindi, guests are requested to call us in case of any confusion and avoid any argument with the drivers. 11 Night travel is not recommended due to unpredictable weather conditions. 12 We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. 13 In Kaziranga elephant ride is subject to availability. Even after confirmation the ride may be cancelled at the last minute in which case the amount of the ride will be refunded to the guest. 14 Most of the hotels in the hills do not have lift facility as such for guests with any ailments or knee problems the information has to be shared in advance so that the hotels can be requested for appropriate rooms. This is again subject to availability at the hotels and is not guaranteed. 15 The hotels in this region are small and have rooms of different size
