Day 1

Leh

On arrival at Leh airport, you will be met by our representative at the airport and escort you to Hotel. Complete day for the acclimatization which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level. In the evening short walk around Leh Bazar on your own, overnight in Hotel.

Day 2

Leh

Leh- Monasteries Full day excursion to the famous monasteries, it is interesting to visit early in the morning to enjoy the praying Ceremony at Thiksey monastery. Continue drive to Hemis monastery which is one of the most famous monasteries of the Ladakh region. On the way back visit to Shey Palace, overnight in Hotel.

Day 3

Leh

- Leh – Monasteries(Sham Valley) Morning half day tour of Spituk and visit Phyang monastery, afternoon visit by foot to Kings Palace, Leh Mosque, Leh Gompa, Shankar Gompa and Leh Bazar overnight in Hotel.

Day 4

Leh

- Leh – Khardongla Pass – Leh 85 Kms Day excursion to Khardongla pass which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 Mtrs. and has been recorded in the Guineas Book of world Records, At the top enjoy the beauty of snow capped mountains. In the late afternoon return back to the Hotel, Overnight at hotel.

Day 5

Leh

- Leh – Alchi 72 Kms Leave for Alchi monastery known as Alchi Choskor is the only monastery in the Ladakh on flat ground. On the way visit Bazgo Castle lie on the right bank of the Indus. By the lunch time we reach Alchi. Afternoon visit the Alchi monastery and explore the nature beauty of Alchi village, overnight at Hotel / Guest house.

Day 6

Leh

Alchi – Lamayuru - Leh 168 Kms Leave Alchi and continue drive to Lamayuru via Khaltsi (Passport checking point). From here another 22 Kms drive will take us to Lamayuru. The oldest and spectacularly set Lamayuru monastery founded in the 10th century, visit the monastery. In the late afternoon drive back to Leh which is 4/5 hours drive, overnight at Hotel.

Day 7

Leh

Day excursion to Pangong Lake ( 5- 6-hrs one way ) After an early breakfast, travel to Pangong Lake via Shooting Point/ Spangmik. Pangong Lake is a salt water body of 120 km in length and 6 – 7 Km broad at the longest point. It is bisected by the international border between India & China (2/3 of the lake is in China’s possession). Visit the exact location of the famous movie “Three idiots”. Enjoy the outing along the banks of the lake and then drive back to Leh for an overnight stay.

Leh

- Leh – Delhi Transfer in time to the airport to connect onward destination flight.

The standard check-in time is 13:00hrs and the standard check-out time is 10:00hrs. 9 Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost. 10 The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
